Mechanical Engineer - HVAC

Our client in Providence, RI is seeking a degreed Mechanical Engineer. The Mechanical Engineer will design and engineer industrial grade facility systems, including HVAC and related Utilities, on multi discipline teams. This position will be contract, with right to hire. To be considered, you must have:

• At least 3 – 7 years of formal Mechanical Engineering experience
• Hands on experience with one or more of the following: HVAC, Clean Rooms, Chillers, Boilers, Utilities
• Proven ability to prepare a combination of most of the following: User Requirement Specifications, Basis of Design documents, Heating / Cooling calculations, Equipment Specifications, Pressurization and Air Flow Diagrams, Chiller and Boiler System Design, Control Systems descriptions, System Layout development, Detailed Plans and Specifications, Code Reviews / Assessments
• Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• BS in Mechanical Engineering and PE a very strong plus
