looking for "experienced"( emphasis on "EXPERIENCED") garage door installers and service techs ; pay based on "EXPERIENCE"?

Must have minimum 3 years experience as lead installer, ( NOT looking to train )

Must have own hand tools, have valid drivers license with good driving record

Sub Contractors welcomed, MUST have Valid contractors license, be insured (proof of insurance), own truck and tools
