Position:

Change Healthcare seeks a Deal Desk Senior Analyst (Finance) to lead the development and management of pricing analyses within Change Healthcare's portfolio of Revenue Cycle Management solutions. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for formulating pricing models that support revenue, margin, and solution portfolio objectives by analyzing Change Healthcare solutions’ financial performance, competitive position, and market dynamics . Core Responsibilities:

Work with Sales and Account Management team members to understand opportunity objectives and help translate those objectives into the deal analysis/recommendation, custom quote, and pricing exhibit

Research and gather financial data from multiple systems to structure non-standard customer pricing models and recommendations

Collaborate on contract negotiations to help drive deal decisions by developing pricing models

Provide support for pricing approval process to ensure compliance with all established pricing guidelines for new and existing customers

Maintain and update renewal and discount pricing policies, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field or equivalent experience

3+ years’ experience in finance, sales operations, or a similar experience

Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Suite ( Excel, Word, OneNote, and Outlook )

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA preferred in finance, marketing, or economics

Demonstrated analytical/quantitative problem-solving skills with a solid grasp of quantitative analysis, finance, and statistics

Ability to present and communicate financial information effectively to a variety of stakeholders

Healthcare technology experience

Salesforce.com and Apttus Configure Price Quote (CPQ) experience

Planning, organizational, problem solving and time management

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Proactive, eager to learn and tackle challenges

Relationship building

Knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems

Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
