Service Desk Specialist

Description:3 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for users reporting an escalating IT related issue
  • Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat
  • Open, update, assign and/or resolve incidents using ServiceNow
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams

Skills & Experience:
  • Experience working on help desks using a ticketing system
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Technical background
  • Ability to perform password resets and other desktop tasks
  • Ability to provide quick fix resolutions
