- Must have functional and multiple solution experience in Siemen’s PLM solution Interspec v6.7 with SAP ECC integration and Supplier Collaboration Portal (SCC) - Strong technical skills in configuration of modules such as Configuration, Frame, Specification, and Generic Interface Layer - Solid knowledge to build workflows and workflow groups that is aligned with the business process - Good working knowledge in C# .net for Web Module and Power Builder for Configuration and Frame modules - Very strong understanding on data flow into SAP and integration impacts with Bill of Materials and Material Master Data - Excellent understanding of the architecture requirements with infrastructure and database on a Windows/SQL environment, and strong experience working with Interspec background services - Working knowledge on Siemen’s data migration tool-kit (DMTK) - Expert knowledge how to apply Best Practices with PLM end-to-end process aligned with standard Interspec functionality - Intermediate knowledge in SQL database, write and execute query statements - Project management experience with ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, ability to undertake key activities - Strong analytical skills must include the ability to quickly identify problems, gather relevant information, determine the root causes, and drive solution recommendations - Excellent communication skills in technical/business language, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent years of experience (8+) in PLM- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in engineering manufacturing processes for design and development of products- Must be fluent in the English language (speak, read, write)

Key Responsibilities- Understand and demonstrate how Siemens PLM services will impact and integrate with customers’ initiatives, business drivers, value and impact- Set and manage stakeholders’ expectations, demonstrating thought leadership to effectively influence key contacts and recommend solutions- Direct the delivery of customer requirements workshops using existing Templates to produce functional and requirement specifications and Solution Outlines- Lead overall architectural design area of a project and solutions to address the customers’ business requirements- Understand customers’ goals and objectives in order to identify what change initiatives are needed for the customer to be efficient and productive- Translate business requirements in specific PLM solutions, applications or process designs for moderately complex projects- Provide advice to the definition of required strategies for migration or management of legacy systems and data- Make technical recommendations and implement overall system design of the Teamcenter PLM Solution- Project management activities such define scope, cost, schedule and deliver project quality
