You'll be a key influencer for multiple projects and initiatives by monitoring and measuring the customer experience, and providing ongoing insights to affect positive enhancements to it.As a Digital Data Analyst within our Digital Insights team, you will utilize seasoned data analysis, storytelling and visualization skills to help monitor and optimize Amica's web sites and mobile applications. You will be responsible for identifying, gathering, and examining data to derive compelling insights that will drive efforts to continually improve upon our digital offerings and experience. A broad knowledge of data, analysis and related tools and concepts is required, as is experience consolidating, analyzing and presenting channel data to deliver actionable business insights.Working in an Agile environment, you'll be immersed in teamwork, consistently collaborating as you focus on problems and users rather than shortsighted solutions. You'll partner with your teammates to understand project requirements, customer pain points and user insights as you continually focus on supporting Amica's strategic plan to create peace of mind and build enduring relationships.Responsibilities:- Understand and support the team's long-term strategic objectives through data analysis, and independently offer valuable insights to drive change and improved customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to produce insights to influence web and mobile app design and functionality, as well as project prioritization.
- Conduct ongoing, planned and ad-hoc analysis utilizing a variety of digital analytics/reporting tools.
- Elicit strategic goals, objectives and success measures to enable subsequent analysis and reporting.
- Extract, manipulate and analyze data to assess digital activity, trends, users, sentiment and their behaviors, in support of channel optimization and continual improvement of the user experience.
- Prepare and present analytical results that deliver actionable insights for enhancing digital user journeys, engagement, experiences, growth, conversion, revenue generation and retention.
- Effectively analyze and visualize data, translating it into stories for stakeholders that are clear and understandable, and summarizing findings to inform and drive better decision making.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data and analytics methods through testing, validation, and following best practices.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, vendors, business stakeholders, engineers, analysts and other Agile team members
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of digital analytics experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
- Proven track record working with data and improving the customer experience in a data-driven role
- Proven capability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and translate the information accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, Agile work environment
- Attentive to detail. Strong analytical, structured, logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong sense of curiosity, as well as planning, organizational and process management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and concisely
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
- Intermediate knowledge of analytical tools, methods and statistical concepts. Advanced preferred
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as MS Office, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Tableau
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and related programming languages such as R and Python
