Requirements of the Scrum Master:

• Bachelor's degree, CS or Engineering preferred
• CSM/PSM/CSPO/PSPO or equivalent required
• Expertise in Lean and Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
• Understanding and experience with one or more scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe)
• At least 2 years of experience supporting multiple interdependent teams in an enterprise organization
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, ability to maintain a positive team environment
• Ability to proactively resolve conflicts within the team before they become larger issues
• Ability to teach and help teams maintain Agile performance metrics
• Experience with Agile tools: Jira, Rally, ADO, VersionOne
• Exposure to UTDD, ATDD, test automation, CI/CD, etc.
