Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Technical Event Producer for an opportunity with a client located in E. Providence, RI.

Experience/Skills:

• 2+ years' experience in producing live events
• Design experience (formatting PowerPoints and comfortable w/ other media editing software such as Abode)
• Microsoft Teams Live Events
• Experience hosting events, control who is being viewed on the screen, ensure correct media is being presented at the correct times, etc
• Zoom (some external partners prefer Zoom over Teams)
• A/V support knowledge
• Excellent communication and an engaging personality

Day to Day:

• Pre-planning and coordination of events, scheduling, event line-up,etc.
• Design and formatting of presentations
• Responsible for setting up audio and video but will need to be familiar enough in the area to coordinate with internal/external A/V teams
• Technical support while hosting events (Size of events can range from anywhere from 50 -1,000 attendees)
• Coordinating tests and any necessary preproduction
• Providing direction to other teams throughout the business to align on technical needs
• Trouble shooting of any technical issues that may arise
