Senior Electrical Engineer

Description:Direct Hire. Partially remote.

Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level embedded hardware development and engineering support
• Design innovative hardware solutions to challenging instrumentation problems
• Test and peer review for technical accuracy, standards, compliance to the design
• Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast paced environment with time constraint

Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 7 years of hardware development experience
• Ability to work on small handheld and micro-scale products
• Experience with analog, digital, and signal integrity simulation
• Experience with schematic capture and designing layout of embedded circuit boards using commercial software package
• Familiar with full application development life-cycle for commercial hardware
• Understanding of FCC, IEC, UL, CSA, and CE testing and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions independently
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Instrumentation development experience a plus
• Analytical Instrumentation experience a plus
• Altium experience a plus
