Desktop Support Specialist

Description:12+ months.

Responsibilities:
  • Work across a broad range of technologies to support incidents, problems, and requests
  • Answering IT requests via ServiceNow Incident tracking system, phone, email, or in person
  • Explain solutions in technical and non-technical terms
  • Set up dual monitors on PC based systems
  • PC builds from pre-defined images or custom build
  • Deploy PCs and printers to end users
  • Configure local or network printers for each end user
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with large scale deployments
  • Solid understanding of Windows Desktop Administration, Active Directory concepts, domain administration, and thin client / Laptop computing
  • Familiarity with Windows 10, O365, Microsoft Office, and SCCM
