Weekend Caregiver (York, Pa)

Do you enjoy getting to know people and building meaningful relationships? Do you have a heart for helping those in need? If so a CAREGiver role could be just the fit for you! CAREGivers provide companionship and conversation for clients, enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers that live in York, PA or within 30 minutes from the area.

CAREGiver will be provided services for clients that need assistance with the following:

Transferring to and from wheelchair

Light housekeeping and preparing meals

Reminding clients of medications and appointments

Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation

Help with mobility around the house or outside

Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with

physical

therapy exercises.

Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so

Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents

Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Offer activities that am essential for daily living

Other tasks, if necessary.

Hours coverage is needed are from:

Saturday 8am - 4pm

Sunday 8am - 4pm
