Electricians will need commercial experience because the materials they will be handling.

Rigid conduit is ran, bent and installed according to blueprints.

MC cable is often ran. Wires will be snaked through conduit and brought through the metal studs in the facilities.

Previous construction experience (residential or commercial)

Reliable transportation
