2nd Shift Production Lead

Your day-to-day:

THIS IS A HANDS ON POSITION

Responsible for working with & overseeing second shift production, approximately 5-8 employees

Manage employees to achieve daily production requirements in an efficient & timely manner

Finish setting up and casting precast concrete pieces

Responsible for shutting down and closing plant nightly



Skills & Abilities:

Spanish Bilingual a huge plus- also ability to read and write both English and Spanish

Goal Oriented

Ability to prioritize & produce results

Be a team player and work well with others

Experience in Set-Up of precast panels, concrete placement, consolidation & finishing of concrete

Batch plant knowledge helpful - a plus

Fork truck & overhead crane experience - a plus

Blue print reading - a plus
