General Labor - Helper

We already have skilled craftsmen. However, we need one or two helpers asap. We have work scheduled all year. It's completely fine if you are young or just out of school. Need someone immediately as a full-time general laborer. If you can only work part-time, but are an awesome person, then we can discuss and probably work something out.

You do not need to be an expert at anything. Just help load/unload, clean-up, setup, pick things up, put things down, organize, cleaning, inventory, washing our trucks and machines, digging holes, be an assistant or apprentice. If you do well then you might get lucky and learn as you go and become skilled at something. A side benefit to you is free/paid training at a professional trade. If you have some experience in any of the above listed great. If you have other experience in painting, finishing, drywall, etc that is also something we can get someone working on right away.

We are an excavation and outdoor building/landscaping company. Sheds, decks, walkways, patios, walls, landscaping, remodeling, renovation, foundations, waterfalls, drainage, et cetera We work in Berks County around Reading PA. Sometimes traveling to Pottstown, Morgantown, Pine Grove, Lebanon and Boyertown. We have all our own trucks, trailers, machines and tools.

Not looking for any trouble. We only want a professional gentleman or gentlelady. If you have an attitude, arrogant, know-it-all, cocky, big-shot, tough guy, bully, trouble maker stay away. NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOLICS, NO VULGAR LANGUAGE, NO RACISM, NO SEXISM, NO DISRESPECT, NO ARGUING, NO FIGHTING, NO BAD ATTITUDE. If you apply anyway, it'll be a waste of time, you'll get fired promptly.

You must be a clean person. Clean clothes, body, mind and heart. Do not show up here with vulgar language, music, explicit talking, behavior, inappropriate clothing or unprofessional. If you like playing on your telephone then stay home. We will quickly fire you for jerking around on a phone, nasty music, constant smoking, constant talking, constant breaks, standing around, spiting or cussing. Nobody with unprofessional behavior, language, or clothing. Do not come here with some chip on your shoulder. Do not waste your time or ours.

If you are a late, lying, no call, or no show person stay away. If you are shifty with excuses and stories, stay away, write a book, take your act on stage, do not try to bring your vices or agenda here. Please, we are not interested in playing games.

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL OPERATION. We are respectful Christians. This is an honest hard-working, family business. We will give you as much love as you give us. We take care of our customers, neighbors, and co-workers. As soon as you start causing trouble or screwing around it's over. This is not a game. Only apply if your parents and God already taught you what professional really means.

Pay starting at $500 per week. We are looking for 1st shift however, can make 2nd or 3rd shift work also.
