Crew Leader needed IMMEDIATELY

We have 20-25 properties to service in the Pocono area. These need weekly grass cuts, monthly cleanings, and occasional other work done to them. We can work out a per house price for a company already servicing this area if that is preferred. Otherwise, full or part time year round work is available.

Please reply TO THIS AD with license status, confirmation of reliable transportation to our Pocono office 5 days a week (possible travel to our Scranton office for training), current availability and a brief work history.

COMPANY CAR AFTER INITIAL TRAINING FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL

PHONE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED A.S.A.P. AND IF HIRED YOU MAY START IMMEDIATELY

We also have 3-5 properties that we are currently "flipping". This means constant, year round work for any individual that can do basic home renovations. Demo, simple drywall, paint, etc.
