Job Description
A day in the life…- Support the end-to-end design and development of clinical programs, ensuring they align with the needs of the customer and all applicable regulatory and contractual requirements, as well as the overall clinical strategy and vision to achieve clinical outcomes, with guidance and partnership from Dir, Clinical Programs
- Employ disciplined project management process to drive the successful design, development and implementation of new clinical programs in partnership with key stakeholders across a complex matrix organizational structure
- Support the cross-functional design of evidence-based clinical program components, including outreach and engagement strategies, assessments (including decision support logic that drives toward implementing standardized program interventions), goals, interventions, reporting requirements, workflow and process design, member-facing collateral and capabilities, and learning and development content requirements.
- Support the cross-functional development of new clinical programs, working collaboratively across product and technology including product management, process engineering, rules engine, predictive analytics/machine learning and across the company including clinical operations, actuarial, implementation, and training
- Serve as a clinical program subject matter expert for the implementation of existing programs for new or existing client program launches.
- Represent the member and the provider; Be their champion and voice, bringing their voice into the creation process
Qualifications
What we are looking for…- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent of 5 years experience with population health programs
- Registered Nurse a plus
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement clinical programs and clinical processes
- Experience interpreting and adhering to contractual, regulatory (state and federal) and accreditation requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT), SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Data-driven but comfortable with ambiguity. Exceptional problem-solver. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions
- Strong capacity to remain calm and composed during times of uncertainty and rapid change
