Carpenter Journeyman- Helper/ Handyman

We are seeking a disciplined and motivated Carpenter Journeyman-Helper/ Handyman capable of assisting in the performance of all tasks associated with residential remodeling (kitchens, baths, drywall, painting, flooring, hardscaping, etc.) and property cleanup/demo.

Property Preppers LLC is Disabled Veteran Owned and Operated providing full service residential maintenance, construction, and construction management. We specialize in four areas:

1. Preparing client properties for resale by making each property "Move-in Ready"

2. Preparing our own properties for resale making each "Move-in Ready"; better known as "flipping"

3. Providing Property Maintenance and Maintenance Management to Homeowner Associations

4. Residential & Light Commercial Construction focused on remodeling and fit-out

Our area of work is contained within the south hills region of Pittsburgh and northern Washington County.

We have an immediate need for a disciplined team member who is disciplined, takes pride in his/her work, and wants to grow with this company.

Starting wage is commensurate with skills and is very competitive; 40 hours a week. There will be a 30/60/90 day evaluation of initial performance and consideration for merit pay increase based on performance, potential, and willingness to learn.
