Position: Oracle HCM Compensation AnalystLocation: Pittsburgh, PADuration: 6+ months Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist for our client in the Pittsburgh area. The Compensation Specialist will support our client in the following areas: Working with our client's Compensation product team to design the plans and procedures of the Compensation workstream Hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Testing the solution Working with Oracle to understand best practices and plans for future enhancements and convey information to our client Working with our cleint's Change Management team to identify and explain key changes that will need to be included in the Change Management and Communication plans Global merit plan/programs, including job family and geo-range structures Incentive plan design and administration Deferral plan design and administration Total Reward (bridging benefits) design and administration Incentive plan design and administration Deferral plan design and administration Total Reward (bridging benefits) design and administration Qualifications: The compensation professional will need 15-20 years business experience in compensation administration (Ideally CCP certified compensation professional)Experience in global merit plan/programs, including job family and geo-range structuresOracle Cloud HCM functional setup and administration familiarity in key areas such as;Core workforce administrationMerit and Incentive setup and administrationBenefits administration (ideal)Project management business analysis experienceCreating functional requirements documentsFacilitating requirement gathering sessions with compensation professionalsExperience in each stage/phase of an HRIS implementation, including testing and go-live phasesCandidate should have extensive experience working in the Compensation discipline with a very good understanding of how Compensation works from a functional perspectiveCandidate should have understanding of Standard Compensation configuration as well as Workforce and Incentive CompensationCandidate should have experience with prior Oracle Compensation HCM implementations
