Research Program Coordinator I - Coulter

Job SummaryCoordinates protocol-related research procedures, activities, outreach, and education. Manages a study or assists with larger studies. Collects and analyzes data and complies with all policies and regulations.Essential FunctionsThis position plays a vital role in ensuring the lab's mission of fostering LGBTQ+ youth and young adult health equity is carried out successfully.

Coordinates undergraduate and graduate students on the technical team who carry out the lab's day-to-day work

Participate actively during weekly leadership meetings and biweekly strategy meetings with the Principal Investigators

Creates and complies with all protocols and manuals of procedures

Coordinates multiple research projects, meetings, and team-building activities

Help foster a psychologically safe environment for team members to succeed and thrive

Orient new members to the lab and introduce them to ongoing projects

Track project milestones and help organize the team to meet goals and deadlines Physical Effort

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to ambulate between buildings on campus.
