The Bradley Center offers a continuum of services that includes a residential center, an outpatient clinic and a school. Individuals and families come to the Bradley Center where they get the help they need to overcome trauma and rediscover hope. Our therapists have the opportunity to work in a team environment with excellent clinical supervision. We also offer the opportunity to receive the supervision necessary for licensure. Therapists at Bradley receive training in evidence-based interventions, carry a small caseload, develop treatment plans with the clients and families, and participate in both team and individual supervision. We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Therapist (SMHT) on our Insights Unit, which is primarily comprised of adolescents ages 12-18 who are diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or an Intellectual Delay/Disability. The SMHT will manage a small caseload, supervise three therapists, and serve as an integral part of the unit leadership team. We are seeking someone who has a passion for this population and the experience to assist in identifying and implementing appropriate behavior management and communication systems. The ideal candidate will be motivated, creative, and have a strong desire to have a positive impact on a child’s life.Requirements

Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field

Three (3) years experience working with youth in a human service or psychiatric setting and two (2) years experience as master level mental health therapist

OR a minimum of three (3) years experience as a master level mental health therapist

Previous experience working with and understanding the complexities associated with the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
