Job description:

For Consumer Lending clients (Mortgage, Auto, Personal Loans)

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Banking with a focus in Consumer Lending / Retail banking
Role expectations / Responsibilities:
- Engagement Lead / Product Owner for Technology projects and Advisory projects
- Conduct business analysis, prepare stories / requirements, review and finalize requirements
- Data analysis, mapping, conversant with data governance, management aspects
- Coordinate with larger team and help understand requirements and provide clarifications
- Create market analysis and point of views in consumer lending domain
- Help with sales, prepare compelling proposals and help practice leader with sales efforts
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.

Experience and Skill set
- Strong Knowledge of Mortgage / Consumer (Personal Loans, Auto Direct/Indirect loans ) / Commercial Lending
- Worked as Product Owner and BA in Consumer Lending Domain
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Data in banking experience
- Worked in Consulting firm and helped with market analysis, proposals
- Prefer (not necessary) MBA with specialization in IT & Finance
- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Prior development experience is a plus
