- Performing backups and prepares backup tapes for storage and conduct and monitor computer processing
- Conducting backups, provide technical support to clients by responding to emails, answering phone calls and fulfilling report requests

- Performing file transfers Perform project work when required
- Troubleshooting issues to a resolution.
- Associates (2 year) degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have expertise in MS Windows XP and application installations and must be able to effectively troubleshoot, work with customers and have strong organizational and record keeping skills.
- Minimum of 5 + years of relevant work experience required.
