General Office Clerk

Description Robert Half is looking for someone to assist our client in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with general office duties. Our client is experiencing an increased workload and is in search of someone who can jump right in who is a fast typist and learner. This position is contract to hire and pay is $17.00/hr. This is a part-time position, 4 days a week and 6 hour days 10:00AM-3:30PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch (flexible)Duties:Answering phonesGreeting clientsFast typer for data entryAdvanced with technologyMicrosoft office suiteLegal software will be taughtRequirements - Strong time management and organizational skillsThis position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

Comfortable handling office equipment

Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position

Knowledge of Word and Excel

Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Typing experience

Knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

Deep understanding of data entry

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to multitask effectively
