ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full lifecycle technical recruiting including offer process and letter generation, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/turn downs.
  • Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager and HR Business Partner
  • Own and define staffing strategy and deliver a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers; Educate and train business partners and hiring managers on hiring.
  • Effectively manage and build relationships and consult on industry trends with both internal and external business partners.
  • Engage in strategic staffing initiatives including process improvement, system enhancements, integration of new tools and technology.
  • Partner with functional areas HR Business Partners to; Collaborate across teams to support improvements and share best practices; participate in workforce planning, and to share market data to align with hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing process, including pre and post hire employment documentation.
  • Perform other recruiting tasks as required by the Talent Acquisition leader.
