- Must be a fit for VM Ware, VM Virtualization and Hardware, Operating Systems (Windows/Linux) and Storage Systems - REQUIRED / MUST.
- Migration & Upgrades experience – REQUIRED / MUST.
- Experience in helping support several different teams (server and storage).
- Hardware and Virtualization software (VMware required) experience.
- Support server team (Windows, Linux required).
- No on call rotation, regular business hours
- Storage team support: storage systems such as NetApp or EMC.
- Migration project experience within DOMAINS of Applications, Data Centers, OS, Database, and Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Network).
- Will work with older legacy hardware that needs supported until it is migrated over and sunset.
- Experience in the Physical Delivery and Ongoing Support of products/services, applications, network systems and overall solutions.
- Experience in performing tasks including, but not limited to, Systems Software Upgrades, Workstation Setups and Server Configurations.
- Experience in maintaining software and hardware inventories.
- Experience in providing Operational Support and Analysis for the organizations information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices.
- Experience in performing recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitors batch processes.
- Each day different is differ depending on what teams and project need support.
