Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience working in PEGA applications - Experience in PEGA Marketing is preferred. - 5+ years of PEGA BSA experience preferred. - Needs to have knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Retail Marketing systems - Needs to have knowledge into deep PEGA concepts such as DataFlows, DataPages, ConnectSOAP, ConnectREST, ConnectHTTP, SMA, Requestor, Nodes etc. - Needs to have experience in complex PEGA ruleset management. - Experience working in Banking domain. - Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio. - Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes. - Business acumen. - Business process management and modeling. - Requirements definition and management. - Experience working in Agile and /or Scrum development. - Problem solving and/or analytical thinking. Education: Bachelor s degree in Biological Sciences/Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
