Junior Logistics Analyst

Enterprise Horizon is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide direct support to our government client in Philadelphia, PA. Work will be on-site at the Naval Support Activity in Northeast Philadelphia.

• Performing analysis and closure of SIT records by obtaining Proof of Shipment (POS), transportation, and Proof of Delivery (POD) information resulting in proof of receipt at destination.
• Identifying and recommending corrections to open SIT records resulting from systemic problems or poor business processes.
• Performing analysis and closure of Carcass Tracking records. Researching open exchange issues and Point of Entry (POE) issues.
• Reconciling URBs/inventory balances with reporting sites who report end-of-day balances.
• Monitoring SDRs via the PDREP system and assisting with corrective actions.
• Reviewing and reconciling disconnects within CAV/Proxy CAV. Assisting Navy personnel in the planning and preparation of inventories and audit events.
• Assisting in identifying areas for process improvement and cost savings. Collaborating with associates to improve efficiency, productivity, and processes.
• Responsible for preparing statistical data for briefs, reports and presentations.
• Providing analysis and statistical information on tracking product shipments, returns, and inventory.
• Maintaining schedules and quality of deliverables with minimal oversight or rework of deliverables.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• 1-3 years in logistics with ERP experience is required.
• Ability to work on-site at the Naval Support Activity in NE Philadelphia is required.
• Must have knowledge of Commercial Supply Chain, including an understanding of shipping and receiving material procedures.
• Must have well-developed team communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
