Concrete Foreman/Supervisor 55K to 85K Compensation

Concrete Foreman/Supervisor to oversee multi-location job sites including equipment, labor, and materials for our commercial concrete division in the greater Pennsylvania Area. Supervise Manpower & Production.

Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors and Owners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Extensive experience is required with no less than 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman/Supervisor. This position requires, the ability to read construction drawings, superior organizational, supervisory and communication skills. A self-motivated individual that is detail oriented with the ability to complete multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy. Communication skills include verbal as well as written. PC skills include the use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, the internet, and familiarity with menu driven software is helpful. The capabilities to think ahead, identify and resolve potential problems is a must.

The Concrete Foreman is responsible for ensuring that the overall safety, quality, productivity and profitability of structural concrete, flatwork, curbs, rebar placement and all related concrete discplines.
