Hiring Landscape Laborers and Crew Leaders - Starting Immediately (Chalfont)

Hiring full time landscape laborers and crew leaders. Starting immediately.

40+ hours per week. Monday-Friday required, Saturday work available. Overtime opportunities. Pay based on experience.

Must be honest, reliable, and hardworking. Must have reliable transportation to work in Chalfont, PA.

Work includes lawn mowing, mulching, hedge trimming, cleanups, planting and landscape installation, light hardscaping, shop duties, and other miscellaneous landscape/construction work.

Laborers -

- Experience a plus, but willing to train.

- Must be able to work full days, outdoors, in all weather conditions.

- Must be professional and work well with a team.

- $10-$15 per hour based on experience.

Crew Leader/Driver -

- Must have valid drivers license.

- Must have experience driving full size trucks and trailers and be able to back them up.

- Must have experience operating commercial lawn care equipment (zero turn, walk behind, weedwacker, blower)

- Must be able to communicate politely and professionally with team members and customers.

- $15-$20 per hour based on experience
