Our Water Restoration Project Manager will have responsibilities

including:

Communicate with customers, sales reps and service technicians to develop

the scope of work, the work plan and monitor progress.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer Ensure all

documentation is complete, accurate and all work is performed in keeping

with IICRC and RRSC guidelines

Perform Water Restoration Sales and Technician functions when needed

Ensure all documentation is complete

Supervise all water restoration service crews

Availability to receive and dispatch to emergency after hours calls while

on a rotating on call schedule.

Requirements include:

Water Restoration industry service or management experience

Familiarity with best practices for insurance reimbursement on water

mitigation claims Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate

effectively with customers Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team building skills to enhance the performance of the crews

Water Restoration Project Management: 1 year (Required)

License:

IICRC WRT (Required)

Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug testing,

and must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
