Associate Director, Annual Giving - Direct Response

Under the leadership of the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Annual Giving, the incumbent will write, manage and implement direct response programs focused on acquiring or increasing annual support from alumni, alumni family members, grateful patients and friends on behalf of Jefferson. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for developing fundraising and communications materials which include writing, editing and prooing support for the Annual Giving unit of Insitutional Advancement. Under the direction of the AVP, the Associate Director (AD) will compose and edit fundraising appeals via direct mail, telemarketing and e-communications; create collateral materials; and assist with donor stewardship communications. The AD will recommend targeted approaches for various audiences in solicitation and stewardship activities as well as other communications such as newsletters and social media initiatives, Web site updates, as needed; and conduct interviews with paitents, students, faculty, alumni, and parents.
