Alternate Locations: Radnor, PA (Pennsylvania); Philadelphia, PA (Pennsylvania)Work Arrangement:Hybrid/Common Days+ : Work 2-3 days a week in a Lincoln office with a designated workspace.Relocation assistance: is not available for this opportunity.Hiring Manager: Robert Santarelli Jr.Requisition #: 71297The Role at a GlanceAs the Sales Quality Assurance Rep, you will be responsible for supporting the Small Market Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Internal/External sales teams while getting licensed and being trained on the product specifications. The first 120 days of this role will be focused around obtaining the licenses listed below.What you'll be doing
Support Internal Wholesalers for client prospecting using Judy Diamond/Brightscope
Fields inbound broker/ dealer calls and answers questions on retirement products
Generates retirement proposals for internal wholesalers and complete New Business Paperwork using DocuSign
Develops and maintains an understanding of the Retirement Plan products, services, and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and target sales growth opportunities.
You will provide product and illustration sales support on Lincoln’s products & services (including sales support tools, marketing ideas, etc.) to assigned Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers and/or Plan Sponsor/Participants.
Develops relationships with internal stakeholders including External Wholesalers, Product Manufacturing, Implementation, Licensing, and Customer Service to make sure that business standards and expectations are met.
You will build and maintain business relationships through effective communication via email, phone and in person with internal/external stakeholders in a customer centric and professional demeanor.
You will identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.
What we’re looking forMust-haves:
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
FINRA SIE License - must obtain within 120 Days
FINRA Series 6 License – must obtain within 120 Days
FINRA Series 63 License - must obtain within 120 Days (if required by State)
Resident Life & Health insurance licenses - must obtain within 120 Days
Sales or Customer Service experience within the Financial Services Industry and product knowledge

Pay Range: $16.25 - $24.38Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
