Job Details

Responsibilities:

Analyze, diagnose, and debug complex customer issuesCreate and implement patches, fixes, and diagnostic toolsTake ownership of escalations and drive towards resolutionAct as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other internal groups20% of your time will be focused on development of code solutions and 80% will be focused on troubleshooting and analysis of product issues within the codeCoordinate with other engineers from various product components to deliver successAcquire both broad and in-depth product knowledgeCreate and improve documentation to train support engineers to resolve support casesDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

2 years of development experience in C# & .NET technologiesExperience with SQL DB and writing store proceduresWeb application development experienceUnderstanding and experience with multithreaded programming.
