Lead Developer / REMOTE / Data Analytics

Job Description Are you a developer looking to bring your skills to a global Agricultural technology company? This PaaS company delivers sustainability, operational efficiency, and compliance insights for farmers, manufacturers, veterinarians and more. With this data, these agricultural professionals can improve their efficiency and profitability. This Lead Developer will have an imperative role in building out their new platform team within their health markets departments. You will drive technical projects, oversee a handful of developers, and develop new features to their data platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, Spring, Jenkins, and Docker and at least 2 years of leadership experience. As this role focuses heavily on their data platform, any prior experience working with data centered platforms or systems is also highly desirable. They are owned by one of the top Software analytics companies in the world, allowing you work with some of the best engineers and technology while still making an impact on a small team.
