- Familiarity with ITIL Change Management
- IT Operations or Technical Support experience
- IT Service Management experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, with experience working with Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
- Broad experience of IT infrastructure and applications
- Experience working with SysAid (ticketing system)
- Evaluate the current state of OIT's Change Control process
- Develop an action plan to address known process deficiencies
- Configure/design workflow templates to facilitate change reviews
- Monitor the change queue to ensure system controls are in place and standards are being followed
- Train change coordinators on the processes and procedures
- Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of new processes
- Manage the transition of changes from the development team to operations
- This person will be responsible for monitoring and managing IT changes to business applications and systems and will play a crucial role in improving the overall Change Management process/framework
