Cliveden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 180-bed skilled nursing facility offering short term rehabilitation and long term care services. Our staff is committed to providing excellent care and services in a friendly, resident focused, home-like environment.

LPN opportunities are now available on the 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts with every other weekend off.

Responsibilities include:

· Administrative functions; charting and documentation

· Planning and delivery of care

· Customer Service; ensuring resident safety and rights

· Medication administration

· Treatments

· Resident, physician, family and responsible party communication

· Staff supervision and development

Qualifications include:

· CDC COVID-19 Vaccination card showing that you’re fully vaccinated

· Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in PA

· CPR Certification

· Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care

· Be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork

· Demonstrate leadership and have the supervisory skills necessary to work harmoniously with and supervise other staff personnel

· Possess basic computer knowledge
