Piper Companies is looking for a Research Associate - In-Vitro to assist developing and optimizing immune-assays for a Biotechnology Company in Philadelphia, PA . Responsibilities for the Research Associate include: • Functional testing of derived cell products • Tumor cell culture • Isolation of PBMCs and purification • Multi-color flow cytometry • Analysis and documentation Qualifications for the Research Associate include: • MS with 1-2 years' experience working with immune cells, preferable T cells and NK cells • Cell Culture experience • Hand-son experience with multi-color flow cytometry • Experience with functional assay development and optimizationCompensation for the Research Associate, Protein Sciences include: • 12-month consulting to hire • 2 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, 401k plan • Hourly rate commensurate with experience Keywords: cell culture, flow cytometry, assay development, T-cell, NK-cell, ELISA, Incucyte, biological sciences, research associate
