Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for our Pharmaceutical client who is seeking a Project Manager to join there Mergers & Acquisition team to help with their IT Integrations. The forefront of the role is to have GxP validation experience alongside evidence of working with Pharma/Life Science based integrations. The role is an initial 12-18 month project.At present the role is working remotely but once the restrictions are fully lifted within the manufacturing site, you will be required to be onsite in PA.

• Must have M&A experience and are skilled managing programs as the representative of IT, not just a program manager that can run IT projects. Pharma experience as a strong leader and project manager working on data migrations.
• CSV working knowledge and activities
• Experienced project manager that has led multiple complex projects (5+ years) – solid delivery execution, organization, and communication skills.
• Manage multiple enterprise applications and drive commitment to completion of project deliverables.
• Ensure the project activities are completed on time and within budget to meet customer need and meet or exceed planned company objectives within Pharmacovigilance business areaUnderstand ITIL and Pharmaceutical processes GxP, 21CFR and GAMP 5Implement best practice and methodology of software development lifecycle and quality proceduresManage all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders
• Manages the day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects
• Oversees management and coordination of vendor and internal resources responsible for project engagements
• Ensures quality assurance procedures are followed and in accordance with Mylan’s methodology and standards
• Minimizes exposure and risk across multiple projects
• Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects
• Accurately forecasts capital, expense, and utilization across projects. Updates status reports on consistent basis.
• Serves as key participant in project team meetings. Tracks and monitors project progress and team resources.
• Confronts issues openly and quickly. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate relevant project/practice information to IT and Business leadership and peers
• 1-3 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical setting is preferred
• Broad technical knowledge of Argus Safety System application
• Good understanding on qualification and validation of CSV processes
• Must have 5-7 as project manager leading and directing mid-level complexity projects to successful completion
• Bachelor’s degree. Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Pharmaceutical or related technical discipline. PMP preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Excel, and Teams.
