Description Estimate Projects Take off and Price self performing activities Accurately determine scopes of subcontractors and self performing tasks and draft contracts and PO's accordingly. Build, track, and enforce schedule of the project Work with superintendent on a daily basis to assist in completing a quality, quick paced and profitable project. Be the primary contact for the project owner and design team, and attend all meetings. Work with assistants and oversee progress of all submittals, RFIs, executed contracts and PO's and all other project documentation. Responsible for all cost on the project from original estimate, change orders, pay applications, and job costs. 4 Year Degree OSHA 30 Certified 2 professional references Self Motivated, with the ability to solve problems on site My client is a General Contractor that has been serving the Greater Philly area for over 30 years. They perform work in multiple sectors including, new commercial construction, renovation, civil, industrial, and treatment plants.
