Location: Philadelphia, PA Description: Not open to Corp-to-Corp or Independent ContractorsOur client is currently seeking a Incident Manager to support several projects that deliver enterprise tools that manage critical aspects of network construction and design, and the related financials. The preference is someone local to Philadelphia but will consider someone fully remote.

Day to day responsibilities include:

Lead Support triage of issues in partnership with the Product and Dev team

Technical Analysis - ability to think through processes, understand edge cases, and apply innovative solutions when applicable

Project Management awareness - self-directed ability to own and drive

Serve as a SME for any related inquiries from users and Division stakeholders

Develop any owned readiness artifacts (job aids, FAQ's, process documents, etc)

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge management repository in Confluence and eLearning

Participate in all related program meetings and related development ceremonies

Day-to-day responsibilities:

The program comprises several similar tools that track construction finance. Initially the work would be to acquire deeper knowledge of these systems as they work within business operations. Then the contractor would use that knowledge to provide customer support

Top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required

1. Business Analyst investigation powers combined with Project Management leanings

2. Proficient with, but not master of, API constructs

3. Knowledgeable of data analysis tools such as Tableau, Kibana, Excel

Top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)

1. Knowledge of software development practices and related troubleshooting tools and techniques

2. Experience with Salesforce implementation and administration

3. Knowledge of cable technologies and/or related construction activities

Soft Skill requirements (team fit/personality requirements)

1. Able to adapt in a fast past environment when direction isn't always clear

2. Understand and work comfortably with not only a remote experience but in an environment that encourages collaboration and humor

3. Self-organize and prioritize work with minimal oversight
