Philadelphia PA 19103 Duration: Permanent Opportunity Requirement:- 2+ years of related Phone/ Call Support Service Desk Analyst experience.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office2016 to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook; proficiency with Access a plus.
- Handling daily 50+ telephone Calls & remote support over phone
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
