- Level 1 phone, desktop and support to end users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and cabling issues
- Taking requests and making updates within a ticketing system
- Administration for user-ids, groups and rights
- Installing operating systems and application software
- Local travel to client homes for equipment delivery when necessary (will be contactless delivery during pandemic)
- Provide solutions to clients that are experience user errors and problems
- Ensuring the resolution of client issues in a positive manner
- Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails, and callbacks in a timely manner
- Documenting all client interaction in the client record database according to program policies
- 2+ years Help Desk Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Customer Service Experience
- Self-Driven
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication experience (technical and non-technical)
