Job SummaryThe position of Senior Analyst, Media Analytics is responsible for assisting in the development, execution and overall strategy for Social Media Enablement at Xfinity. The position will include data analytics, reporting and Social listening for all Xfinity lines of business. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for working cross-functionally with various internal and external partners (including Enterprise Business Intelligence, MarCom, MarTech and our Agency partners) on roadmap development and execution. Candidate will possess a strong mix of traditional, digital and analytics experience. Responsibilities include working with marketing counterparts to align on data and reporting needs, aligning priorities among key stakeholders, developing Social listening queries and reports, as well as performing day to day analytics for Paid Social Media campaigns and co-developing Social Media reports with Creative Agencies, Performics and Spark Foundry.Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Work with internal Enterprise Business Intelligence, Media, MarCom, and MarTech teams on the strategy and execution of Social Enablement roadmap. Provide Social Media data analysis and reporting for Paid and Owned Social Media campaigns across all LOB (HQ, Divisions, XM)
  • Manage and maintain reporting dashboards and work with internal and agency partners on reporting infrastructure requirements and development
  • Work with EBI, MarTech and Spark Foundry on data and reporting roadmap focused on CRM infrastructure development and real-time automated Social reporting
  • Co-develop monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports with internal and agency partners with combined business, media and creative insights
  • Deliver Paid media reporting and insights that drive informed media optimizations via Xfinity's CRM, Datorama and Sprinklr reporting tools
  • Provide analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes to enhance Social media and creative performance
  • Monitor ongoing Social Listening topics and queries and report out on key insights
  • Assist in development of Social Listening strategy, framework, and process to support key stakeholders across the business
  • Develop process improvements and build/grow relationships across cross functional teams, including Marketing & Communications, EBI, Media and Creative agencies
  • Assist in the execution of specific paid Social customer campaigns in conjunction with business units and agencies
  • Contribute to and maintain a positive work environment.
