Senior Business Architect, Data & Analytics Data & Analytics is North Highland's leading growth area, and we are looking for a Senior Business Architect to make an impact within our Information Management offering. This role is primarily responsible for growing portfolio accounts and developing the strategy and road map around data governance, data strategy solutioning and data engineering delivery.

Exciting work you will do:
  • Collaborate creatively with our client account teams to grow existing and build new client relationships with some of the most exciting brands in the world.
  • Show a bias to action through high quality work delivered on time and on budget to our clients
  • Provide strategic thinking, solutions, roadmaps and project leadership for all Data & Analytics work
  • Put your team's best ideas into action through planning and management; uncover gaps and omissions that may exist in a plan or deliverables.
  • Play a central role in your team's growth through coaching and constructive review of ongoing engagements
  • Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques and best practices including prototyping new architecture methods, tools and products that might provide future value to our clients
  • Be a thought leader by contributing to blog postings or white papers
  • Be part of the global thought leadership team on agile, digital transformation, cloud analytics, and modern data & analytics concepts

The ideal person will have 10+ years of experience in the following areas:
  • A solid background in growing a data and analytics practice for a consulting agency or a mix of private firm/consulting firm experience
  • Deep knowledge in Modern Data Strategy and Governance, and Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions
  • Experience with design, development and deployment of complex data and/or analytical solutions
  • Experience in articulating traceability of information management solutions to business goals and strategies to all levels of the organization
  • Experience leading teams to architect/design holistic solutions (people, process and technology) in at least one of the following areas Metadata, Data Quality, Data Governance or MDM
  • Understanding the capabilities of data governance, data quality or MDM tools and how they can be leveraged as part of an enterprise Information Management solution
  • Experience guiding organizational leaders in understanding and adopting information management solutions and recommendations
  • Deep understanding of the methodology and/or frameworks for one or more of the following: Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management
  • Expertise in implementing enterprise data warehousing and the ability to do dimensional data modeling
  • Agile project leadership and execution experience
  • Knowledge of data visualizations principles and understanding of KPI, measurement and insights concepts. Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or QlikView, is a plus
  • Experience leading project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and opportunity/funnel management
  • The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility
  • Demonstrated success at developing a high-quality human experience through coaching, leadership and career development
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
  • Travel: Nationwide travel required with more of a focus on the east coast region
