Now’s the perfect time to join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a production worker at a premier client and global leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the Myerstown, PA area.This is a build-your-career caliber opportunity in a cool, clean, safe, and supportive work environment.We are hiring for all shifts with pay rates starting at $19.00/hour.1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:20PM; $19/hour

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00PM to 11:20PM; $20/hour

3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00PM to 7:20AM; $21/hour

What is a typical day as a production worker? You’ll be:Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture, assemble, and package product

Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined engineering standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment

Collaborating with various team members to maintain equipment and identify needed repairs

Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development
