Exterior painting needed. (Lancaster)

I have an immediate need to hire an exterior painter. I have a deadline coming up Monday so I need this done as soon as possible. Hopefully tomorrow, or Saturday. Basically, it's approximately 200 ft of brick on the 3rd level of this property. This would be roughly half a day's work, but I'm willing to pay for a full day and a cash bonus to a painter that can get this job done in the next couple of days. If you're available, you can do more painting here at this property, but my immediate need is to do the third floor as I no longer can paint at that height. All told, there is probably two or three days worth of work here if you'd like it, but as I said, right now my focus is on getting that third floor done. So I'm offering as much work as you want to do after that third floor is completed. Payment will be made immediately and in cash.
