Janitorial Cleaner Needed (Ephrata)

We need 2 part time cleaner(s) in the Ephrata area. Both of these jobs are multi locations.

Job 1, is 16 hours per week with about 1.5 hours of these coming on a Saturday. Mon-Sat, The hours are approximately 1.5 hours per night Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat. Approximately 4.5 hours per night on Tuesday, and Thursday.

Job 2, is 12 hours per week. 3 hours Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 1.5 hours on Tuesday and Thursday.

Job requirements are:

Emptying Trash

Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables

Dusting all exposed surfaces, including sills, ledges, moldings, etc.

Cleaning all glass and mirrors

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms

Vacuuming and mopping floors

Weekly detailed office cleaning

Arrive to work location at scheduled time

Work within allotted hours

Complete any special request made by client and log communication in company log.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Detail oriented

Friendly and Professional

Willing to accept new challenges

Must be able to speak English

Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, repetitive bending and lifting.

Traveling to and from clients location is required, reliable transportation required.

Must be willing to consent to a background check.
