As a wrap and pack associate you facilitate the customer’s needs whenever and however she wants to shop. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions :

FUELED BY THE POWER OF RELATIONSHIPS

Execute and complete daily activities including :

Pick Up In Store Orders

Search and pick merchandise from selling floor and stock rooms for Pick Up in Store orders

Prepare orders for Customer Pickup (remove sensors, bag merchandise, bring to store determined stockroom)

Shippable Fulfillment Orders

Retrieve merchandise that sales teams have picked from stockrooms

Match picked goods to sales checks

Prepare and pack merchandise for shipment (remove sensors, wrap merchandise according to Wrap & Pack Standards, create shipment label)

Maintain Clean, Neat & Organized Workspace

DRIVEN BY OUR DESIRE TO WIN

Drive sales by achieving / exceeding Company Determined Fill Rate Standard for BOPS / SDD orders

Deliver outstanding customer service through BOPS / SDD order completion within Company Determined Standard / Goal

Ensure Accuracy & Quality Assurance of completed orders prior to shipping

Work with selling team to ensure shippable orders are picked and shipped within the Company Time Standard

Ensure 100% compliance with all Bloomingdale’s Wrap & Pack Standards

COMMITTED TO A CULTURE OF COLLABORATION

Support sales teams as needed in searching and picking merchandise from selling floor and stock rooms for shippable orders

Work with in store leadership team to deliver Big Days through execution of central strategies

Qualifications :

Education / Experience :

HS Diploma or equivalent

Communication Skills :

Able to easily engage in conversation

Social ease and quick response to customer needs and inquiries

Able to maintain composure in difficult situations

Detailed oriented about product knowledge

Able to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management

Mathematical Skills :

Basic math functions to operate register, handle money and make change

Able to use a calculator

Reasoning Ability :

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a learning environment

Physical Demands :

Constant moving and standing

Able to lift 10 lbs.

Able to reach, grasp, stoop, kneel, crouch and climb ladders

Other Skills :

Able to use and navigate multiple technological devices

Ability to sell and build a sale through conversational interaction

Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures

Work Hours :

Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet minimum hours requirements based on role, department, and store / company needs which may include day, evening, weekends, and / or holidays

Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality is required
