Recruiter

The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to provide results-oriented sourcing strategies that procure the best available Linguists (Interpreters / Translators / Cultural Consultants) that meet our clients' specific requirements and demands, while supporting the Independent Contractor business model in the language services industry. The successful candidate will identify, interview, screen, rank and negotiate rates with Linguists who will fill specific language needs. In this role, it is vital that the Recruiter possess excellent technical skills and high-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet research tools and Web conferencing solutions. The candidate must also be able to leverage online job boards and social networking websites to promote opportunities for Linguists. The Recruiter must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate responsibly and in a professional manner at all times.
