THE POSITION

The Bureau of Motor Vehicle is hiring a Clerical Assistant 2 who will be responsible for examining and processing applications to approve applicants to become an "authorized agent" of the Commonwealth. This employee will review an application for a messenger, card agent, dealer, miscellaneous motor vehicle business dealer, salvor or is responsible for the processing of applications relating to the issuance of dealer plates and renewals. This employee provides clerical support services to the entire dealer unit by answering questions related to dealers, full agents, and messengers.
